Hey friend! I’m Will, a pop music producer, songwriter and mixing engineer based in Melbourne, Australia.
I grew up learning classical piano, went on to earn a Batchelor of Music at the University of Auckland, and later returned to teach there. From there I because an in-house producer and engineer at Woodcut Studios before moving on to manage Parachute Studios in Auckland, NZ. Eventually I stepped back and focused on music production. I’ve been fortunate to call music my career for most of my life.
I’ve been producing music for over a decade, working with talented artists and musicians, creating amazing songs - some even featuring on Netflix series and movies as well as advertising campaigns (iPhone, UFC, Amazon Prime).
I love meeting new people, collaborating and making an artist feel comfortable, at home, and creating a zero-judgement space where the most authentic story and the best music can be made.

Pre Production
Every project starts with us taking a deep dive in, figuring out the direction of each song and getting clear on your goals for the project. We’ll lay out expectations and timelines for completion to make sure that there is clarity and everything is set up to go smoothly.
Song Creation
We start by writing the song together, or you can send a demo with reference tracks. Then we move into instrumentation and production. Next we track vocals (if you aren’t local to NZ then you can record with your own local engineer). Finally, I do the vocal treatment and mixing. It’s my goal to help you develop a signature sound that connects with your audience.
Launch
Once the song is completed, I want to make sure you have clarity on what to do next. This may include consultation around your live show and/or referring you to trusted people in my network who specialize in release strategy.
